Randy Miller, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations – Prior to the formation of PetroLogistics II LLC, Randy was the Vice President of Engineering for PetroLogistics LP, an NYSE listed company which developed, owned and operated the first Propane Dehydrogenation facility in North America. At the time of its commissioning in 2010, that facility was the largest PDH plant in the world. Since the sale of PetroLogistics LP to Flint Hills Resources in 2014, Randy has been providing engineering and management consulting services for development companies and working with David Lumpkins and Nathan Ticatch on developing additional petrochemical projects. The fruition of that effort is the planned development of a new Gulf Coast PDH project using the Dow FCDh technology. Over his career, Randy spent 20 years in chemical plant operations and engineering including positions at Dow Chemical (Freeport) and Westlake Chemical (Sulphur location) and 11 years as a Consulting Engineer. Randy received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston at Clear Lake and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
