Nathan Ticatch
President

Prior to the formation of PetroLogistics II LLC, Nathan was the President and Chief Executive Officer of PetroLogistics LP, an NYSE listed company which developed, owned and operated the first Propane Dehydrogenation facility in North America. At the time of its commissioning in 2010, that facility was the largest PDH plant in the world. Since the sale of PetroLogistics LP to Flint Hills Resources in 2014, Nathan has been working with the PetroLogistics team on developing additional petrochemical projects. The fruition of that effort is the current Gulf Coast PDH project using the Dow FCDh technology. Nathan was also President and co-founder of PL Midstream, a privately held petrochemical transportation and storage business with operations in Louisiana. PL Midstream owned and operated salt dome storage facilities in the Baton Rouge and Lake Charles areas which served as important storage hubs for the Louisiana petrochemical industry. The company also owned and operated ethylene and propylene pipeline transportation systems which connected to most major Louisiana producers and consumers of ethylene and propylene. PL Midstream was sold to Boardwalk Partners in late 2012. Prior to establishing these companies, Mr. Ticatch was the Commercial Director for GATX Terminals, where he was responsible for all commercial activities for the US Gulf Coast. Nathan received a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
