Les Sprott
Director of Information Technology
Prior to the formation of PetroLogistics II LLC, Les served as the Director of Information Technology for PetroLogistics LP, an NYSE listed company, which developed, owned and operated the first Propane Dehydrogenation facility in North America. At the time of its commissioning in 2010, that facility was the largest PDH plant in the world. Since the sale of PetroLogistics LP to Flint Hills Resources in 2014, Les has been supporting the PetroLogistics team on the development of additional petrochemical projects. Prior to joining our predecessor, Les worked for 10 years in Energy Trading with Coral Energy and Shell Energy Trading. Additionally, Les has worked in the petrochemical industry for over 14 years working for Transcontinental Pipeline / Williams, Westlake Chemical and Direct Energy. Les is responsible for the design and development of the facilities’ Information Technology and serves in a variety of roles as needed. Les received a BBA in Business Analysis from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University.
