Pipeline Operations

PetroLogistics conducts pipeline operations from its control center at the Choctaw facility. At present the company also operates over 300 miles of pipelines for another company operating in Louisiana. PetroLogistics is willing to operate pipelines for customers and other third parties when it is operationally efficient to do so.

Customer Specific Projects

Through its affiliation with its major shareholder, Lindsay Goldberg & Bessemer, PetroLogistics has access to extensive sources of capital for investment in logistics projects. Accordingly, the company actively pursues opportunities to assist customers through the investment of capital in projects to meet specific logistics or supply chain needs. Such projects may include pipelines, terminals, storage facilities, and selected processing units. The company can tailor the transaction structure to meet the customer's financial as well as operational objectives and is willing to consider a joint venture format if appropriate.
